Pours translucent ruby red. A thin and creamy pink head recedes slowly and leaves minor lacing. The aroma is packed to the brim with raspberries, supplemented by light floral(lily) nuances and a brisk yeastiness. Also noted are a lightly acidic(at this juncture) lambic base, wood and light lemon. The ferocity of the fruit is near the top of the charts, robust and syrupy and far too strong to excite the senses, pretty much an overloading of extract fruit. The flavor is also very raspberry-centric, with more syrup. Acidity is mild to moderate and it’s lightly astringent. Neither of those are a force enough to slow the blinding sweetness and the beverage quickly becomes cloying. Ther’s nothing truly offensive about the taste but there’s nothing new or exciting, it’s just some other beer, with some faint lambic base. Finishes very sweet with loads of lingering raspberry juice and a hint of lingering lemony acidity. The palate is slick but sticky, medium-full bodied but watery, weird and off-putting. This is a beer that really heads in the right direction towards a balance between sweetness and tartness, then proceeds to accelerate into a cloying mess, totally overdone and messy.

Pours a nice, thick ruby red with a pink head. Aroma of sugar and sour raspberries. Refreshing fruity taste (raspberry naturally) with a sharp, clean sour aftertaste where the flavor of the raspberry really bursts onto the palate. Pretty good

Clear red coloured beer with almost no carbonation and an average pink head. Fruity, raspberry aroma. Full fruity palate. Finish is sweet fruity, but not to sweet. Nice one.

A red/ purple appearance with a bubbly carbonated appearance. A tart raspberry flavor that lingers on the tongue.

Bottle - 250ml. Hazy ruby body with low carbonation and an average pink foamy head. Strong raspberry aroma with subtle spicy hints. Its raspberry taste is enjoyable, but rather unidimensional. It ends with a decent sweet/sour finish. Without being a great Frambozenbier, this is fairly enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a anice deep red colour with a lively bubbly small pink head leaving a pretty good lacing. Fresh sweet aroma of raspberries. The flavour os fresh with plenty of raspberries, nice well balanced sweetness with a pleasant sourness. Good fruity bit sour finish.

Found this one at the Liquor Depot in CO Springs, CO. Nice dark red color with lots of foamy pink head. Sweet raspberry nose that lacks the medicinal quality of their Premium Kriek’s nose. Highly carbonated raspberry body with a slightly medicinal characteristic, but nowhere near as dominant as in the Kried.

250 ml bottle. Light pinkish head over a clear, pale ruby body. Low carbonation level. The aroma is similar to my regular raspberry-jam: Quite good, but a bit too sweet and a liitle bit artificial. Taste is sweet raspberry with some acidity in the aftertaste. Quite sticky palate. Dries up somewhat in the finish.
