Bottle: Poured a dark red color with light red head. Sour berry aroma. Sweet raspberry fruit flavor.

Bottled. Clear dark red in colour with a medium sized pinkish head. Very sweet and fruity. A hint of sourness and woodyness. Too sweet.

Bottle. Clear dark red colour, pink head. Distinct raspberry aroma and flavour. Very sweet, and not very sour.

12.7 oz. bottle- color of murky cranberry orange , and a soft rose delicate head - nose of sweet raspberry , sour , tart , and yeast – taste of sweet raspberry , sour strawberries , and yeast- body sweet / sour , and soft bubbles – aftertaste of sweet raspberry , and sour strawberries

2001 Vintage (e2.2 @ Kulminator) - Go the tarted up framboise! The is 5yr old example is full of vigour and has encouraged me to lay down a handful of the Timmerman’s to see how they look 2 - 3 years after BB. Outstanding lift on the nose; bright, powerful cherry fruit that is mostly likely bolstered through syrup. No matter, smells very good. Palate a touch less impressive, a simple, souped up style BUT don’t forgte this beer is 5yrs of age and thus most likely well beyond any drinking window thought possible. Lacks nothing in terms of quality and simple flavour intensity. Well worth trying.

Bottle Pours a muddy, dark red with a small fizzy light pink head. Heavy coarse sheet os lacing. Lots of raspberry pankacke syrup aroma upfront, with just a bit of the belgian yeast hints comping out. Mainly sweet fruit notes though. Flavor is again very sweet, sugary and lots of rasperries. Slightly tart near the end, but not nearly enough. All but eclipsing the slightly musty Belgian "lambic" funkiness I was hoping for a little more of. Palate was thin, crisp, refreshing, and lively. Tasty, yes. For a sodapop, but lacking the interesting twang I was hoping for.

Bottle. Poured reddish brown color with a minimal fizzy reddish head that diiminished quickly. Raspberry and woody aroma. Flavor is flowery sweet that has a very sweet finish. Refershing acidity and tartness.

Very raspberry aroma with a little horse blanket. Taste is pretty sweet. Not as girly as Lindemans but not much funk either, not enough anyway. A little too sweet, but good.
