| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 28, 2009 This raspberry red lambic ale poured with a cute pink head and an intense raspberry aroma. It’s a very tasty fruit drink that has little resemblance to beer. Don’t expect much in the way of lambic characteristics, such as yeasty and sour. Just enjoy it’s drinkabilty. Light sourness and tartness in the finish gives a slight refreshing kick. Very rich raspberry flavor, syrupy, but keeps a fresh raspberry flavor. This was very good for a sweet fruit beer, but I enjoy a bit more sourness in the finish to keep it refreshing.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 20, 2009 As I was opening the bottle, I smelled some sourness, then during the pour I could smell the raspberries. Dark red pour with a red-tinged white head. I wish I knew more about lambics. This is my first. I experienced so many flavors in that first sip- sweetness, little sour, some dryness in the aftertaste. There were some more but I’m not sure how to detail it. This could be the start of something wonderfull. BoBoChamp (1356), Gent, Belgium
