0.25L bottle, pinkish, thin but staying head, clear ruby red colour, strong aroma of raspberries that seems a little artificial at first but later grows richer. the flavour feels like biting into raspberries, nice balance between sweet and sour. aftertaste is dumb and short. light and quite simple but still very enjoyable.

Bottle 2005 Pours out a dark murky brown with some red. Topped with a nice pink head. Aroma of So sweet raspberry all over. Tast more of the super sweetness and berries. A nice sour at the end. I like this one.

375ml bottle, 12/2007 date. Pours a dark, slightly opaque purple with a small head. Nice creamed raspberry nose, a good balance of sweet sugared fruit and a husky, overripe, true raspberry. Silky smooth texture, medium to light body, close to being what I would call thin but still solid on the palate. A bit of some semi-sweetened artificial raspberry syrup in the flavor, not as much of a real fruit presence as the nose, but still an undoubtedly delicious framboise.

12.7oz bottle. Pours a murky, pitty red raspberry color; very lightly pink head with decent retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Solid amounts of pitty red fruits (raspberry, strawberries), mild tartness and acidity, and a soft, lightly sweet, solid fruit profile overall; generous and genuine. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: lots of pitty red raspberries, very mildly tart citrus and mixed berry notes; I always feel some vague sense of complicity in liking non-lambic lambics, but the fruit character on this beer is excellent; effervescent carbonation; enough acidity and tartness to hold things together well; drinkable, low alcohol, mouthwatering, and very good fruit beer. Nicely done. Medium finish: mixed berries, raspberry, and just a touch of tartness and toast.

Caged and corked bottle poured into a Flute, Produced a nice pink frothy head that didn’t last to long but looked cool. The body was a nice clear raspberry red color. The aromas are a great fresh raspberry fruit with a light sourness. Flavors are where this excels just enough raspberry sweetness to keep it drinkable and enough funky sour to keep it interesting. Light and crisp mouthfeel with great carbonation A great desert brew, my wife and I really enjoyed it. I will grab the last bottle I saw at the store I will say that you must split the bottle I could see this getting a little overwhelming after a couple of glasses

Bottle, bought @ Barley Wine, Cph.
Pours deep red with some brownish notes. A good, creamy, pink head that stays for a little while. Aroma is sweet, lots of fresh raspberries and some tart barnyard. Fine mouthfeel, lowish carbonation. Sweet flavour, lots of fruit again. Light tartness and some weak caramel. Okay for a sweet lambic.

Bottle 25cl @ home.
Clear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, rapsberry jam. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, and some sulphur notes in the finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (040608)
