Nov 26, 2007 Cloudy ruby red color. Smell of raspberries, sour grapes and syrup. Smells like the syrup at IHOP. Taste of sour raspberries and candy. Very sweet. Would go good with breakfast.

Nov 25, 2007 Draught. Dark blood red pour with pink edges, small pink head that is quick to vanish. Nose is metallic/artificial raspberry, sour candy, dirty/earthy notes and tannins. This doesn’t smell appetizing at all. Flavor is similar, more metallic/tangy notes, raspberry extract, everything just tastes fake and way too sweet. Palate is sticky as hell, cloying is too light of a word. Very syrupy as well. Finish is medium length, artificial raspberry, candy and some tartness, but too late to save anything. Not good at all.

Nov 25, 2007 Bottle purchased at Sam the Beer Man in Binghamton, NY. Pours dark ruby, pale pink head. Aroma is intense raspberry, pie crust. Flavor is the same, and very raspberry. This is definitely better than the Premium Kriek, but still very sweet.

Oct 11, 2007 Updated: Jul 11, 2008Out of a Bios Cherrish sniffer. Beau monde aroma and bon ton appearance. Raspeberries, my favorite fruit. Quite acid tart on the first comencement of taste bud glory. Has an almost sweet tomato soup effect on the palate. Simply delicious. Fresh raspberries. Don’t you just love to say frambwah? Simply DEE-Lish. I’ve never recovered from that first sweet lambic I had nearly a year ago. Finish? What finish, done Already? Blast!!

Oct 6, 2007 Bottle. Deep red with a pinkish head. Nice sweet raspberry nose with faint hints of lambic character. Sweet raspberry flavor with a bit of acidity towards the finish. Light to medium body. A bit too sweet, but quite nice!
