Beau monde aroma and bon ton appearance. Raspeberries, my favorite fruit. Quite acid tart on the first comencement of taste bud glory. Has an almost sweet tomato soup effect on the palate. Simply delicious. Fresh raspberries. Don’t you just love to say frambwah? Simply DEE-Lish. I’ve never recovered from that first sweet lambic I had nearly a year ago. Finish? What finish, done Already? Blast!! Pastor (509), Maine, USA

The aromas are a great fresh raspberry fruit with a light sourness.
Flavors are where this excels just enough raspberry sweetness to keep it drinkable and enough funky sour to keep it interesting. Light and crisp mouthfeel with great carbonation
A great desert brew, my wife and I really enjoyed it. I will grab the last bottle I saw at the store I will say that you must split the bottle I could see this getting a little overwhelming after a couple of glasses

The taste was sweet but finished smooth. There was a good level of carbonation. I found this beer to be quite enjoyable. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA

Massive sweet raspberry nose, somewhat tart and dusty smelling. Big, sweet raspberry flavor, bouncy on the tongue. This beer seems to get a bad rap - I think it’s refreshing, sweet and delish! | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 14, 2005 Red beer with a sizeable pink head. Aroma is dominated by raspberry but also includes wheat, yeast, and a barnyard quality. Raspberry in the flavor, as well as wheat. More sour than many fruit lambics, with a quick sour finish. Very nice. dwyerpg (2545), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
