Jan 13, 2005 Low white head on a hazy yellow body. The flavor is very interesting: on a background of hopd, there are plenty of sweet notes that moderate the bitterness. I found this beer eminently drinkable on a Winter evening. This is not just a thirst quencher, but a real Liebhaber-beer !

Nov 25, 2005 33 cl bottle. Yeast in bottom. Very cloudy yellow colour with agreat head. Hoppy aroma with notes of coriander. Nice spicy flavour with overtones of coriander. Very nice medium body. A great blond.

Apr 26, 2005 (Bottled) Almost opaque, light yellow color with a smallish head. Fruity, yeasty, sweetish and acidic, witbier-spicy aroma. Slightly peppery and acidic, yeasty flavor with orange-peel. Medium-bodied, refreshing, witbier palate with balanced carbonation. This is no blond - it’s a very nice, lightly spicy, very easily drinkable and pleasant witbier.
