The flavor is very interesting: on a background of hopd, there are plenty of sweet notes that moderate the bitterness. I found this beer eminently drinkable on a Winter evening. This is not just a thirst quencher, but a real Liebhaber-beer !

Fruity, yeasty, sweetish and acidic, witbier-spicy aroma. Slightly peppery and acidic, yeasty flavor with orange-peel. Medium-bodied, refreshing, witbier palate with balanced carbonation. This is no blond - it’s a very nice, lightly spicy, very easily drinkable and pleasant witbier. JonMoore (1562), Loughborough, Leicestershire, England
