hotstuff (3045), Indiana, USA Dec 25, 2003 A keeper of a bottle. This beer had a small sized tan head with fine sized bubbles that completely dissipated. The body contained lively carbonation and a transparent body with a brown hue. The nose was malty, caramel and hops. The flavor was moderately sweet, lightly acidic, some bitter notes, and caramel. The mouthfeel was dry and smooth and this was a light-medium bodied beer. This beer had good lacing on the sides of my glass.
