Pours lightly hazy red-amber with a small creamy off white head. Aroma is sweet, light caramel, some clear raisins. Okay creamy mouthfeel with a medium carbonation. Flavour is rounded, light sweetness, godd yeaty presence, but still, this is unspectacular. KimJohansen (7149), Copenhagen V, Denmark

Light yeasty, bready aroma of licorice and cinnamon with peppery notes. Sweetish bready licorice taste with peppery notes and very faint hints of banana. A bit watery. Carbonates in the mouth, giving a sharpish feel. Dryish papery licorice aftertaste with hints of chocolate and wood. Boring and watery. (0.33l bottle from the wine monopoly.) | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 4, 2008 330ml bottle. Lovely dark amber body with big light beige head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, brown sugar, spices and yeast. Flavor is much the same as the aroma, very harmonic and typical Belgium. Medium body and low bitterness, noting to demanding here, but just very pleasant and not to sweet. tarjei (1762), Bryne, Norway
