Commercial Description:
A top-fermenting golden strong beer of 7.6% ABV, that is very firm-bodied, fruity-dry and assertive. It has a fine hop-aroma (dry-hopping is used) and a splendid apertif bitterness in palate and finish.

Bottle. Hazy gold colour with a slim white head and floaties. Hoppy and fruity aroma with some malt. Spicey and dry taste, with a lightly bitter finish. Medium bodied, low to moderate carbonation. Some late warming alcohol. Good.

Yellow gold brew. Got one of the lasts. Drinkable triple. Not too complex, but nice. Fruity aroma, malty taste.

Hazy yellow gold, massive head eventually forming mountainous islands and clingy lace. Very yeasty-malt aroma, with a little fruit. Fresh malty palate, some sweet spices in there, faint vanilla, surprisingly crisp finish. Not the most complex triple I’ve tried, but really nice.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, dark golden with a solid, white head. Sweet, malty notes with some citrusy spices thrown in. Light bitterness in the finish. Pretty typical Tripel. 010498

Pale amber body with tiny particles floating through and a good size frothy white head. Aroma of malt, sugar, orange and alcohol. Pleasant taste not too big, malty sweet start with fruits, a little bit watery in mid palate with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Drinks well enough especially as I wasn’t expecting too much.

Hazy amber with lively carbonation that kept tiny particles in constant, hypnotic motion. Fizzy white head reduced to a creamy film. Aroma had a yeasty background, with lemon, light caramel and honey. Lightly sweet flavor to start with a citric middle and finishing again with a sugary end. Medium-bodied, mild, and creamy.

Bottled (BB 03/2007)
Sampled in room temperature. Hazy orange, small white head. Malty, slightly hoppy aroma, hints of banana. Medium-bodied. Fruity, same time hoppy and slightly alcoholic. Short aftertaste. Not very complex tripel.
