Slightly hazy gold, healthy head. Weird dishwater and soap aroma. Citrus too later, then finally sweet ripe fleshy fruits. Pleasant carbonation. Lovely roast, pretty sweet, in some ways cakey. Tingly hops too, but alas a bit of an alcohol kick up the nose. In the mouth it’s certainly pleasant, but it’s perhaps a bit sweet and too alcoholic and they need to sort out the aroma too. With more yeast, it’s even cakier, and pretty drinkable because the alcohol’s better hidden. ska (129), Italy
