Surprisingly little CO2 pressure when opened and disappointing lack of foam on pour. Big chocolate aroma; some coffee. Smooth, velvety palate goes down easy. Flavour begins with loads of milk chocolate, moves to bitter espresso and tobacco smoke and goes back to bitter chocolate on the finish. If only I could have this every morning instead of coffee… Highly recommended.

500mL bottle, pours a silky black with a very thin tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and cocoa. Flavours match, with a rich, creamy body. Wonderful stout.

Poured from bottle. Aroma of malt and dry cocoa, faint cherry. Appearance: Stout. Flavors resemble those in hot chocolate- dry cocoa and somewhat creamy texture. Again, a slight cherry flavor as well. Finished well. Plain and simple - a great stout.

500 ml bottle from Keller’s IGA. Pours a very dark brown with a small tan head that never really builds up during the pour but leaves a resilient film on the beer. Aroma of chocolate, sweet malts, wood, molasses, and earthy notes. Flavor of sweet malts, chocolate, molasses, roast, mild spices, dark fruits, grass, hops, and cream. Medium-bodied, with a creamy, syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet, slightly roasty finish. Nice stout.

Pours a dark brown. Aroma is malt and chocolate. Taste is a nice blend of malt and dark chocolate. Small bitter aftertaste as well as a mild metallic taste. Creamy smooth body makes this a very nice stout.

500 ML bottle in USA. This is a great stout. It really is very creamy as its name suggests and go down luxuriously smooth. Lots of fruitiness to it that is balanced out with esperesso and chocolate flavors. I would recommend this beer. Great Stout!!

Very good, very strong. Hints of raisin, dark chocolate and coffee. Wil definitely try again.
