Commercial Description:
Available brewery conditioned and cold filtered in 500ml bottles.
"English Halcyon malts are used together with lager malts. Golding hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale similar in character to a full bodied Czech lager."

Poured a brass color with little head. Nose of bread with slight fruity notes. Malty taste with notes of pear and grape. Short, hoppy dry and bitter finish.

Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a dirty white foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of dry English hops with a dry malt base. Taste is slightly bitter from the hops with a nondescript malt base. No flaw could be detected and overall I would have to say that the beer was really refreshing but also lacking some characteristics such as some floral notes.

Bottle - 500ml. Hazy amber body topped with a thin off-white frothy head. Decent hoppy aroma with grainy and oaky hints. Its sharp hoppy taste lacks complexity and ends with a short bitter finish. Average Ale.

Bottle in London. Dark orange body. Hoppy nose. Some aroma of coffee too. Taste is peppery with a really nice finish. Texture quite creamy.

Bottle from LCBO. Pours a sllightly hazy light bronze, has med-high carbonatiom and very little head. Ceral grains dominate the aroma, with toffee and a litle citrus. DMS is very noticable upon cracking open, but quickly diminishes. Tastes sweet and bready to start, followed by mineral notes from the water used and a mildly bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is a tad thin. OK but not great.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden-orange with a large foamy semi-lasting white head. Pretty decent aroma of U.K. hops along with sweet malt, some earthiness and fruit. Flavour has a nice balance of grassy hops and sweet malt and a decent bitter finish -- it’s pleasant tasting and downright easy to drink. Medium bodied. Underrated stuff in my opinion, I could easily see myself quaffing many pints of this in a pub in England (and I hope to!).
