Ungstrup (11145), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 24, 2004 A golden beer with no head. The aroma is hoppy sweet and the flavor is sweet malty with lovely hoppy notes. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 4, 2002 Yellow coloured, light bodied ale with some bitterness. Somewhat malty, but I’m afraid the bottle has more character than the contents.
Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 22, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful amber golden with a small head. Lovely caramelish aroma. Quite dry with notes of caramel and nuts. Not much malty sweetness is left here, but the finish is marked hoppy. 060101 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Nov 2, 2002 Updated: Apr 7, 2005Tan, hazy. Earthy, pithy bitterness, lightly toasted malts, nuts, dry finish. The dryness being the dominant trait, the palate fares much better than the aroma, which is marked only by a slight Goldings note and faint whiff of pale malt. yespr (6400), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 15, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a diminishing light orange head. Aroma is medium dry malt with a mild earthy hops note. Flavour has an initial medium dry malt flavour followed by an earthy hops note. Ends with a nice bitterness and mild fruity note.
