PhillyHomeBrew (170), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 17, 2008 the beer pours a yellowish brown with no head. It has the aroma of bubble gum beligan yeast and a bit of pear and apple. It also has a little bit of bubble gum taste with a bit of honey on the palate and a bit of hay. A little undercarbonated.

Yeasty aroma. Sweet malts and spicy clove up front. Slight citrus flavor on the finish amish_caravan (212), Winona, Minnesota, USA Aug 20, 2008 scent is of sweet yeast. there is some flaky sediment floating in the glass. taste is sweet and is very smooth. nice finish, too. I would probably purchase again. IlanMan (573), Winona, Minnesota, USA Aug 20, 2008 Pour is medium golden with a lot o orange peel floating around with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet with strong notes of citrus and sweet orange. Flavor is the same with more characters of malt and clove. Has a somewhat dry finish as well as a wheat flavor. Good brew. Should rate higher on my scale. Allen (644), Wölflinswil, Switzerland Aug 12, 2008 Ceramic bottle 50cl. It pours a golden beer with a small off white head. The nose is rather sweet with notes of peaches, honey, coconut, soy sauce, tobacco and pine needles. Sweet bready taste with hints of apricots, peaches, spices (cloves and coriander) and tobaaco. Some soy-sauce like elements sneaking in accompanied by a huge amount of "le parfait" - not all that pleasant. The alcohol is well hidden. Strange mouthfeel. Grape juice-like. Unpleasant finish with hints of "le parfait". Not worth purchasing again. Very dissapointing.
