Commercial Description: This is unfiltered Wheat which uses a 50:50 mixture of wheat malt and barley malt to produce a wheat beer in the Bavarian Weiss tradition.. The residual yeast contributes to a slightly sweeter flavor and enhances the hop character of the beer. It is available only on premises.
