Soft medicinal spice nose with notes of hay and green apple. Soft on the palate with mild hop bittering and some spice characters.

Put on your favorite halloween costume and pour yourself a bottle. The caramel apple flavors are exaggerated in this ale. Floral and mildly spicy to ward off the vampires and ghouls.

Medium yellow color. Small head. Malty aroma. Milder tasting ale. Slightly spicy and fruity. Nicely balanced. Not sure what makes this a winter brew, the spices? Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Dark straw color. Very malty aroma. Subtle spice. Some hop aroma. Slightly fruity. Nice bitterness. Exaggerated malt flavor. Quite tasty.
