Commercial Description:
The 3MONTS beer : A wonderful return to nature, with its flavour of yesteryear, this is a beer that was drawn from the wooden metal-circled barrels to fill so many mugs in our Flanders bars! Its bitterness comes from our hop fields scattered throughout the region. Brewed by infusions, it is an old-fashioned rising beer made with strong and hearty Flemish hops. Fermented using top yeasts, like the barrel brewers of yore and clamped like bonderised barrels.

A light orange beer with a white head. The aroma is yeasty combined with notes of lemon, while the flavor is sweet with notes of yeast and spices, leading to a dry hoppy and grassy end.

Bottle. Very dry, very nice - coriander in good balance. Winy - liqour - beer palate. Coems across as a French version of Tripel, with almost no sweetness, giving it a nice refined, smooth character. A little bit subdued and lacking in complexity, but well balanced.

Bouteille (degustation avec Monsieur MauriceF): Slightly hazy, lively carbonation, golden coloured, white frothy head; sweet malty, a bit alcoholic nose with some traces of hops in the background; sweetish-malty, a bit fruity ans also alcoholic flavour, creamy mouthfeel; caramelly and alcoholic and citrousy finish with some hops in the aftertaste. O.K.

(750ml bottle shared by pivnizub) Slightly hazy and pale golden coloured hue with loads of yeast floaties and a short diminishing white frothy head. Moderately sweet malty and grainy aroma with notes of citrus. Sweet flavour, medium body, lively carbonation. Moderately sweet malty, honey-fruity and yeasty taste. Medium sweet malty and light fruity finish with a slight but balanced bitterness and an well-integrated alcohol.

Clear blond colour, large white head. Fruity and heavy hoppy aroma. Full body, with a balance palate. Finish is hoppy, light sweet and a little bitter. Somewhat dry near the end. Not bad at all.
