Commercial Description:
The 3MONTS beer : A wonderful return to nature, with its flavour of yesteryear, this is a beer that was drawn from the wooden metal-circled barrels to fill so many mugs in our Flanders bars! Its bitterness comes from our hop fields scattered throughout the region. Brewed by infusions, it is an old-fashioned rising beer made with strong and hearty Flemish hops. Fermented using top yeasts, like the barrel brewers of yore and clamped like bonderised barrels.

Bottled. Pale golden colour. Dy, bitterish nose. Juniper-ish fruity with notes of vanilla. Dry, bitter-ish finish.

Pilsner gold, with excitable carbonation and a voluminous head. The aroma has a slightly fruity, light malt character that wafts from the glass. A full, creamy palate leads to a smooth, ever-so-lightly hoppy finish. Delecious and fine. Recommended.

Musty aroma, floral, with some spice. Poured yellow. Had a spicy, earthy flavor, with a sweet finish.

Ultra clear deeper golden color, firm white head. Certainly fruity, apple, citrus, some yeast, the slightest of funk. Pretty sweet as well. Medium to full bodied with a touch of alcohol coming through. A touch sticky. This kind of falls between a Belgian golden and a truer to style biere de garde. Not bad.

My first bière de garde. Ain’t bad at all. Big white head, Malt & hops, acidic(citrus). You can really feel the alcohol. Not the best stuff but still good!

750ml bottle. Lot of pressure in the bottle. Smells like blonde beer and alchool. It’s missing a little something to make it extra. The beer is good but it’s without that little...
