Oct 15, 2003 The aroma is sweet of plums and fruits. The color is a beutiful deep red and it has a fine though disappearing light brown head. The flavor is sweet with notes of cloves, corriander, honey, plums, raisins, and yeast. Very comlex and lovely. It ends with the alcohol prickling over the tongue. It has a good palate.

Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light hoppy, light yeasty, berry notes, raisin, prune. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Mar 11, 2009 Bottle, 8%. Weak fruity aroma. Clear red brown colour. Very small tan head. Good caramelly flavour, balanced by a distinct, but pleasant alcohol feel. High carbonation. Seems to have a little sweetness, but balanced off by the alcohol.

Apr 12, 2009 Bottled (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is rotten plum, some spices and fruits. Flavour is hops, spices, some wood and mild earthyness. Quite drinkable.

Jun 11, 2006 Bright reddish-brown colour. Caramelly, slightly earthy malt aroma with light background yeast. Quite spritzy. Once you get past the carbo, it’s got some interesting malt complexity. There’s a bit of tartness late.
