Stadin Blonde

(Draught@Gallows Bird, Espoo) Hazy, light amber color with a large, foamy and tight head. Very nice yeasty and spicy, dry, sourish-fruity apple juice aroma. Dry and fruity flavor with yeast. Nicely balanced dryness (= not overdone). Medium-bodied, dry palate with quite low carbonation. A very decent Orval/Liefmans Goudenband mixture, but not quite as complex.

Draught
Hazy golden colour with small beige head, lots of lace. Aroma has berries, malt and yeast. In flavor comes hop bitterness, it ends to yeasty flavor. Mouthfeel has some bittersweetness. It gives nice fruity hoppied aftertaste.
