Commercial Description:
Brewed by Matt Brewing of Utica, NY for the Stampede Brewing Co of Texas. See http://www.stampedebeer.com for details.

Stampede Light is a new kind of light beer. Not only won’t it weigh you down, Stampede Light might just pick you up. That’s because we take pure spring water, mix it with the choicest hops and malted barley, infuse it with smoked white oak, and add an extra “+”. What’s the “+”? Glad you asked. It’s a blend of natural ingredients-stuff that can do a body good. And our “+” is so unique, the government won’t even let us specifically what it’s all about. Silly government.

nothing to write home about in this one. Poured a clear straw yellow colour with a fairly thin white head. Aroma is malty, mouthfeel is pretty light and taste is grainy all the way through to the watery finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of wet and musty grains and corn. Tastes of the same.

was offered a free sample of this at central market in Dallas. Not bad for what it was. More taste than coors, and not as skunky as the other cheap stuff. Not bad aroma either all things considered.
