Sep 10, 2006 Tasted on tap at Brewpub in Ashland. This porter pours a medium to dark brown color. Small sized beige foamy head. Aroma is chocolate and roasty malts. A medium to light bodied porter. Malts are slightly roasty and chocolate. Hops are earthy and floral. It’s a little bit on the light side for a porter. Nice balance. Smooth taste. Very easy drinking Porter. Nice sweet malt finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet

Aug 30, 2005 Pretty decent porter with lots of roasted, burn flavors. Finish was quite dry. Nice full body and very dry. Sipped this one with during a nice cool sunset on the patio of the brewery- my judgement may be a bit biased. Very enjoyable.

Dark brown, nice layer of head with creamy lacing. Nose of subtle roast, light smoke, fairly mild. The flavor is balanced, not too roasty & a bit dry.
