A disappointing aroma, mostly light malty. More interesting flavour, with roasted elements and some licorice that hides in the background. There’s also caramel in the flavour. Nice hops towards the end. (050929) Engelsmann (653), Copenhagen, Denmark

The Lure: Roasted nuts and caramel make up the semblance of a brown ale. Straightforward and easily decipherable.
The Festivities: Roasted malt and its bitterness painted evenly onto the fruity caramel and plentiful nuts. All flavors are united into one creamy body, a mariage which again is quite brown ale-like.

Delicious, though for the style it could’ve been less fizzy and a tad sweeter to really impress me. Thin body with lots of carbo and moderate sweetness. theacelatrain (262), Washington DC, USA

Looks like Coke and tastes a little too much like soda as well. Flavors of licorice and caramel, bordering on sinewy. Very fizzy mouthfeel that complements the taste well if you want a refreshing drink, but doesn’t feel like you’re drinking a beer. joergen (8597), Frederiksberg, Denmark

I like how it feels in my mouth. Slightly bitter. Nothing fancy but a nice beer. I like the bottle (green glass, black/gold label).
