Commercial Description:
Staropramen Garnet is a unique lager that fully honours the tradition of our brewery. In the brewing process, which is based on the original recipe from 1884, we mix pale and specialty malts in the so-called "sprinkling" process. This gives the lager its typical garnet colour, gently bitter taste and full-bodied hopsy aroma

Tap at "Carlsens Skvatter", Odense: Golden see through with white head. Little malty & hoppy aroma. Easy sweet taste from malts (caramel) Watery texture. Short light dry bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Defenetly nothing interesting, but OK!

Coppery colored, lively carbonation. Little yellow head. Hopped aroma with some caramel and mild unclean butterness. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is crispily saaz-hopped with floral and slight caramel also. Crispy carbonated mouthfeel. Aftertaste lasts with hops and flowers.

Bottle at Prague, quite nice lively carbonation. Quite ale-like, smooth and good balance of bitter and sweet.
