typical pilsner of the czech type. strong on the flavor (for the style) with a good refreshing quality nice body and good appropriate carbonation. appely type flavor and cider like mild bite. earthy with an authentic mostly flowery aromatic type note that enters slightly into the taste and is interesting. ok.

Bottle. Foamy, white head; dark, honey/straw-colored. Grassy, caramel and slight floral aromas. Crisp and hoppy up front, but this fades rather quickly and an unbalanced bitterness lingers. Very nicely carbonated, but mouthfeel is thin. Altogether, a nice example of a Czech pilsner (though not as quintessentially so as Pilsner Urquell) and a very drinkable beer.

This is a nice Czech lager that is notable for having primarily a stronger, more darkly toasted malt-grain quality than usual. It is dark gold with a smallish, but lasting off-wite head that leaves almost no lace. The aroma is a full-bodied lager smell definitely dominated by very toasty grain, along with grass & herbs with hitns of earth, flowers, and sulphur. The taste is similar, being predominantly a malty, more darkly toasted grain quality along with a tart, dry bitterness that really predominates after the start. There are elements of honey and grass, although the herbal-piney hop flavours are not as strong as I would have expected and it really is dominated by the toasty grain. Even the bitterness, while on the strong side, is more of a dry, toasty bitterness without the usual flavours that I’d expect. In the end, it is full-bodied, tasty, very crisp, and and gets points also for being a bit different.

blind test bottle 330ml at Opus K Lohja. Color:yellow, bit bubbles scent: hops .fruits taste:hops ,bitterness, fruits I was totally lost in guesses with this one. I haven’t ordered lager beers in restaurants last 10 years so it was quite amazing experience. Thanks to patient and roguish waiter!

Typical premium lager, ok for what it is. There is a lot worse but a whole load better. Better than Miller at least.

Gold color, a kind of light Euro Lager. no aftertaste , Kind of remindes of what miller would taste like if it was brewed in Europe.

Gold color, looks like a pilsner, smells like a pilsner so im assuming its going to taste like one. This actually tastes ok (im not a fan of european pilsners) non offensive, easy to drink.
