Can. Clear golden with a nice medium long-lasting white head. Aroma is rather light with hops and a bit of malt. Flavor is sweetish malt with some metal. A soft bitter finish. A rather watery mouthfeel. An OK Pilsner, nothing more.

Bottle. Pours like every other Czech lager (yellow with a slight head), tastes like every other Czech lager (skunky) and feels like every other Czech lager feels on the palate (watery). Total middle of the road.

Golden translucent, little head. Aroma is yeasty. Taste is a bit musty, bitter finish without the fresh crisp hoppiness I was expecting

Bottle. Poured golden, nice white head. Solid flavor, OK body. In terms of Czech Pils, this one is somewhere short of Urquell for me.

This beer is a real fine bohemian brew. One of their best. Its also a common find at taps in the bars. But the tap beer aint as good in comparision to the either bottled or canned versions of this beer. This is one of my several faves i have no restrictions of about choosing for beer, but still to many of them will make them an unpleasant evening. A long term aftertaste will get to you.
