Slightly hoppy taste and a pretty full body. As I drank it however that full body began to go away and I notice an almost watery feel on the palate Not a bad beer at all but no match for its fellow Czech pilsner, Budvar. milewide (609), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2006 Nice aroma, but flavor doesn’t live up to aroma. Less hops than I expected from the style. Plale blond color as expected. gringomac (2), Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 20, 2006 Nice hoppy aroma and taste. Pours well. Good Czech in the tradition of Urquell and Budvar KnutAlbert (3127), Oslo, Norway

Flavor witha light sweet, malty base. Light hoppy and fruity. Some herbal hop notes in the end, dry finish. Refreshing, pleasant drink. Slayer85 (584), Firenze, Italy
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Clear blonde with a small head. Hoppy aroma and flavour but I’m not much impressed. Lacks of personality, this is like thousands of other beers. I hoped better also if it’s not so bad.
