Flavor is typical for the style sweet with that field of grassy malts and hops. The only real unique thing about this Pils is the hint of mint it has in the otherwise bitter aftertaste. Pretty much as expected with just a little skunk which I am sure is due to the green bottle. dirtyc (173), Erie, Pennsylvania, USA

The Lure: Floral, wooden hops mixed to a minty sweetness present a different hop surface from the Bohemian pils than I know.
The Festivities: A pillowy malt feel offers candied figs, anise and minty sweetness over the light citrus hop tones. Clearly brewed, mostly malty, and a very satisfying quencher.
Transcendence: The Czech macros can do it, why not ours? hammenlind (738), Sundbyberg, Sweden

Pours pale yellow with a thick white diminishing head. Quite good lacing. Hoppy, toffee nose. Clear toffee flavour. Watery. Almost no bitterness, quite refreshing though. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA

There should be something more decent on offer, to be honest. Had this in prague, amongst other places. Save me from this shady hostel. indiebeer (2), USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 24, 2005 bought a bottle in a beer store to have with Indian food. It was a crisp pilsner with a nice bitter finish. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark

The hops leave more bitterness than aroma. Actually a bit too harsh in the hoppy finish for my liking. CampbellWilson (533), Scotland

No real ale, but I spotted some Liefman’s bottles in the fridge after we’d ordered this. Oh Well. Keg. Not unpleasant. Little bit thin and metallic compared with Urquell for example, but it beats Stella. Saazy aroma, thin mouthfeel, saazy bitter lemon finish, with metallic tinge.
