Staropramen Světlý (Pale) 10°

On draught. A clear yellow colored beer, with a white head. The aroma is malty and fruity. The taste is typical lager, nothing special. There is some malt, some hop and a little sweet. The aftertaste is a little bitter.

Canned (500ml). -accidentally found in some supermarket in Plzen.
Yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, sweetish malty nose. Few streams of carbonation. Light malty, slightly herbal and cardboard taste with notes of cheap cheese in rather bitter finish.

Medium sized fluffy white head on top of a slightly pale gold colour. Light malty nose, light hop too. And then I have to use "light" again, this time describing a maltiness that even reminded me of tropical fruits for a second, but that feeling was soon gone, never to reappear and I wonder where it came from. A bit oily, somewhat hoppy and dusty. Extremely ordinary 10°.

Bottle. Clear yellwo coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Herby aroma of malts and hops. Flavour of malts and hops with notes of herbs. Hoppy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild hoppy and light spiced, vague cardboardish note in the aroma. Flavour is medium dry, light spiced and mild cardboardish. Mild bitter finish.
