Malty, toffe, buttery tone, hoppy and traces of orange peel Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 27, 2009 Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light. KnutAlbert (3108), Oslo, Norway Oct 23, 2009 Bottle in Prague, labelled Oktoberfest.
Not very impressive.
Pale, fine carbonation. Soft, with a bitterness that borders on the medical. They can hardly have put their best effort into this. sirPino (855), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland Sep 24, 2009 No 846

Can 500 ml, 10 P, got it in Trinec, Czech Republic.
Appearance: Pours regular golden and perfectly clear body, body is well saturated, head is white, frothy in texture, leaving nice lacing, initially huge, slowly decreasing to medium, very firm and stable.
Aroma: Very nice and clean notes of chalk, graphite, pronounced barley grains, milk, nice hoppy, leavy-herbal notes, very clean and well balanced aroma, gentle notes of red fruits in nose and some malty sweetness at the background, nice fat malty base despite its 10 P.
Flavour: Nice, strongly bitter and clean front going together with aromatic hoppy, fruity (mainly forest fruits as wildberry) nose, slightly leavy and lemony-citric, notes of grapefruit seeds, nice grainy accents, barley malt is nicely felt as beer base, light, easy going and refreshing Bohemian Pilsener with a moderate finish duration.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is slightly astringent, gently mineral, malty sweet with aromatic hoppy nose, typical of Czech Pilsener style, however, not that bitter as in 12 P.

Pours a pale yellow with a small white fruity boquet. Flavor is sweetness, cereal, hops, and a weird off paper taste. Beer is light bodied and crisp and still enjoyable though. rlaw (42), USA Sep 7, 2009 On draught. Pours light golden with a thin white head. Aroma is light malt, a bit sweet and fruity, not very hoppy (but perhaps a bit hoppier than your typical Czech lager). Flavor is more of the same, with a light, hoppy aftertaste. Light body. A typical European lager, but with some of that Czech malty sourness. Refreshing but doesn’t stand out from the pack. mmatja (8), Poland does not count Jun 16, 2009 Not that bad. Light, refreshing, a small amount of bitterness. If you don’t expect it to be the best beer in the world, you will probably find it ok. Diar (99), Sweden Jun 2, 2009 (tap i Praha) A clear, golden beer that has just a hint of darkness (might just be dim lighting). The aroma has some hops in it and some diacetyle. It has a balanced, but light, taste with sweetness and bitterness. The mouthfeel is nice but the aftertaste is gone.
