May 17, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Comes as "Staropramen Desítka - pivo svetle výcepní" at 4,2% ABV. They’re really hard to pinpoint these Czech beers with their odd national names, but I s’pose it’s this one. Classical golden with a nice full although collapsing head. Very pleasant, malty palate and a rather subdued bitterness.

Nov 17, 2008 Canned. Pale golden, rich head. Fruity nose. Swet and lightly grainy. Light bodied and fruity with some dextrose and lifeless sloppy mouthfeel. Finishes with unrefined resiny bitterness.

Bright golden color, good white head. Woody, buttery aroma with hints of aspargus. Light to medium bodied. Starts mostly watery, then gets harsh hoppy bitterness. This one has some good Czech pils elements, but is same time bland and cheaply made.
