KnutAlbert (3101), Oslo, Norway Oct 23, 2009 (Leaky) bottle.
Fine copper color.
Quite sweet, but with a grassy edge of hops. Ok. But not at all velvety IMHO.
Irish ale? Likely to be another Vienna. rustychiles (997), Mesa, Arizona, USA Sep 11, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow with a large nitro head. Aroma is malt and a light earth bitterness. Flavor is bitter and nitro with a strange vegetal aftertaste. Something is not quite right with this beer. I didnt finish it but I suspect it to be another victim of INbev. Skinnyviking (4142), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 1, 2009 Bottle. Low and lasting white fluffy head. Clear amber body. Swett malt aroma with berries and caramel. Sweet mild malt flavor with berries, little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short aftertaste. gunnar (486), Sandnes, Norway Jul 14, 2009 On tap in Hradec Kralove. Pours brownish with a large creamy off-white head.
No detectable aroma, strong roasted malt taste, with some artificial sweetness, no good. ChristianScheffel (4431), Odense, Denmark Jul 13, 2009 Amber with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma with a metallic note. Sweet malty flavour with bread and caramel. Very metallic feel and a hint of alcohol. Habanero (610), Tranbjerg, Denmark Jul 10, 2009 Pours a nice amber with a long lasting white head. Veak aroma. Very smooth almost creamy mouthfeel with some sweet undertones.Light bodied. Slightly bitter finish. zakkbironia (82), Athens, Greece Jul 8, 2009 Bottle 500 ml. Light brown colour- white foam. Too sweet and no special taste. I actually felt no bitterness at all. More an ice tea than a beer. Very easygoing... I expected more than that but OK not all beers are the same. Some are made to make us go crazy and others are made just for fun. What more can i say? mithe (66), Czech Republic Jul 1, 2009 Updated: Jul 16, 2009(Bottle 0,5l)
Sweet aroma. Clear light sparkling golden-amber color. Very light brown head (more white), quickly done (because it was from bottle). Medium sweetness, very light bitter finish.
