Dark amber, bronzey colour, with a small persistant white nitro head. Weak grainy nose. Hm. Light but nice and soft grainy taste, some sweet maltiness, bit dry, hop bitterness. Ok, beer, nothing flashy. Definitely better than Kilkenny and O’Hara’s. thewolf (5831), Kolding, Denmark

Pours a nice, brownish amber with a medium, creamy white head. Aroma has caramel, toffe, lightly burnt toast. Low carbonation, a bit watery. Flavour has a little metal, is quite dry and softly hopped. Some sweet caramel in the back. Fair. heavy (873), Split, Croatia

Well, well, an Bohemian Irish ale... It poured copper body with medium sized creamy ocher head. Weak aroma, mostly of caramel malt. Flavor as well, some caramel with subtle cofee bitterness. Body is medium thick, but fuller than I recall the style. Nice long sweetish caramel finish. Definitely better than other beers of the style I’ve tried (Kilkenny and O’Haras) and pleasantly refreshing, but far from something I would consider as a great beer. Foams like a certain kind of nitrogenated English bilge. Aroma copper penny, giving way to walnut, caramel, wood. Ridiculous bronze without visible carbonation. Cardboard, nuts and copper. Could be served up as Caffreys or John Smith’s without anyone batting an eyelid. Almost not vile. Well done. Maria (6333), Thisted, Denmark

The aroma is mild and slightly sweet with notes of caramel and hints of sourness. The flavour also is mild and smooth with a light sweetness, notes of caramel and the sour note is found in the flavour too, but in an OK way. FrankJohansen (3399), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark
