May 7, 2005 Cask, Leicester Beer Fest 05. Festival Special. Bronze with no head. Aromas are sweet toffee and caramel with some fruitiness. Flavours are sweet toffee and spices with Autumn fruit. Quite peppery on the tongue and thick on the palate. The alcohol is quite noticeable. Crookback was the nickname of Richard III, which is more interesting than this beer.
