Sep 1, 2003 Tap - A good example of a sweet stout, nice oily color - just a tad thin, but not enough to lose too many points. Oat taste is noticable and pleasant. I had it outdoors on a hot day and it didn't make me want to go lie down in the shade.

May 28, 2008 Pours dark black with no head. Has no lacing. Smells like light roast coffee and chocolate, and wood. Tastes like cocoa, skim milk, roasted malt and has a smooth mouthfeel and pleasant bite. Good finish, that’s mild yet full flavored. The body is a little thin which is nice and just makes this more refreshing.

May 26, 2008 Rich chocolate malt aroma with light oat aroma. Pours pretty black wotj a darl tan colored head. Flavor is choclate like without a lot of bitternss. Pretty tasty.
