Pours light brown, kinda caramel colored. Has a 1.5 inch light tan head that stays around. Aroma is of malt, dough, bread, and hops, and yeast. Flavor is light malt, bready, mild, sweet, and very clean. Palate is medium, erring on the heavier side. A good well balanced red. Pretty enjoyable.

Jul 9, 2008 Bomber I got in Dallas. Shared with bikesandbeer and my gf cyn. Pours dark red with a tan ring. Nose is a dead maltiness. Taste is slightly amber with a lingering sweetness. This isn’t horrible but its not great either.

Jul 3, 2008 22oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a deeper amberish / copper color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee with some citrus peels. Tastes of caramel, toffee, citrus, and toasted malts.

Brownish Red in color with a small white head. aroma of caramel, malt. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, a little bit of hops. This is a sweet watery beer, and not bad but really not all that great either.

Jun 13, 2008 The aroma is a soft yeasty smell. It makes me wonder what is lizard head about this beer - did they use lizards heads as ingredients? or did lizards come up with this beer? the taste is a light sweet malt. it ends with a little sourness. For the price, I kind of expected a little more hop backbone.

Jun 2, 2008 A pretty decent beer... pours a dark amber/red color with a slight white head. Aroma is malty, but with a bit of spicy hop presence. Flavor is caramel, slightly bitter, of earthy hops, and crisp.
