| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 17, 2009 Smell is malt with a hint of corn, golden/yellow, pours a small short lived white head. Taste of malt fades, giving way to the corn. Light bodied, slight bitterness. Uninspired as are many domestic "light" offerings. It reminded me of draft in the days of the Beer Parlor. jerc (3911), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma and flavour of cheap white wine, not unlike some of the higher octane Labatt’s products actually. Rough thin grains, dilute and watery. Poor. Why have I had this three times let alone rated it three times? 4/2+/3/2/6 - 1.8 New batch of bottles courtesy of GregClow.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 21, 2009 Sample at the downtown London Beerfest- A sparkling pale shade of straw. Pours a
frothy but short lived white cap. No real lace, but nice head retention for the length of the 8 oz sample. Aroma is pale malts with slightly grassy hops, a bit of biscuit and lemon. Tastes of grassy hops, some sweet malty grains, lemon. Light body, good carbonation, a bit of a prickly finish. Simple but clean and well made, and damn, I’d order this at a pub if I could. I have to give credit to the new people at Steelback for doing things right now. matt7215 (967), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
