This is a very unique trippel. Strong smell of ammonia (cat piss), herbal hops, eucalyptus, and that earthy funk similar to a saison. Super cloudy, unfiltered golden appearance. Flavor is biscuity and fruity, with some unbalanced acidity and hops. Still very glad I got to try it.
