SDbruboy (1832), San Diego, California, USA Apr 14, 2006 On draft at O’Briens. Poured clear medium amber with a small whithe head that left a little lacing. Aroma of mild, sweet malts with a light floral hoppiness - not what I was expecting for a wet-hopped ale. Flavor is of a mild blonde ale character, lightly toasty malts balanced by floral hops and hints of citrus in the finish. Smooth, light body with very gently carbonation. A little anemic and disappointing overall for something named ’fugglerama’. BuckNaked (1204), Tempe, Arizona, USA Dec 4, 2005 Draught at RFD’s 11/7/05: Brewed using fresh domestic fuggles. Clear pale golden-marigold body with a well-retained eggshell colored head. The aroma is nice earthy/floral hops, sweet pale malt, and mild yeast notes just showing through. Taste is definitely showing fuggles, light malt, cereal, pale malt, light grapefruit, and a touch of alcohol. Light bodied, surprising that it shows a touch of alochol at 4.7%. argo0 (6861), Washington DC, USA Nov 8, 2005 Crystal clear apple juice body with an off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, light pine, grapefruit, light caramel. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, orange, pine, but not particularly bitter. Watery light-medium body with some resin and minimal carbonation.
