Soft honey and banana nose. Murky dark gold pour with a lacy white head. Light body and carbonation. Crisp and hoppy hefe finish.

I had this on tap in Irvine. It was an opaque gold color and the flavors could best be described as muted and murky, not a crisp hefe at all

On tap at Irvine location. Color was dull, ruddy, and cloudy gold. Aroma was musty with some wet wheat. Flavor of lemon (alot) with some wheat and citrus. Not great.

Still here on the second of sampler at brewpub. Less lemon and honey, lots of wheatiness here. One dimensional, but solid palate.

On tap at the brewpub. Light golden color with a tiny white head. Aroma full of corn, wheat and light floral smell. Very light in the mouth, yeasty and wheat filled in the flavor. Not tasty at all.

A blonde weizen with a thin white head. A rather sweet corn aroma, In mouth, a chalky grainy beer with no weizen qualities. Mediocre. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 17 2009.

Served with lemon. Good lacing, light aroma, very mild flavor. Easy to drink, yeasty finish.

Tap at Oregon brewpub.
Pours a lifeless and flat yellow. Unfiltered? Don’t think so. Smells of barely-there flower. Flavor is Cheerios. Watery palate. NOTE TO SERVERS: DON’T ASSUME I WANT A LEMON IN MY BEER. I’m not talking on the rim of the glass; I’m talking IN MY BEER.
