| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 8, 2004 Pours a cloudy light gold with a thin white head. Although I shouldn’t have I put a slice of lemon in, so that may taint my rating. Aroma was lemony and wheat filled. Taste was wheaty, lemon, dry and chalky that ended sour due to the lemon. A very crisp and light hefe that should be tried probably without the lemon. brianprentiss (475), Portland, Oregon, USA

Had a good flavor with a fair use of hops that really lead it to be a good brew. Was mildly cloudy, where as i prefer a very very cloud hefe. Semi sweet with a good base.
