May 8, 2004 Pours a cloudy light gold with a thin white head. Although I shouldn’t have I put a slice of lemon in, so that may taint my rating. Aroma was lemony and wheat filled. Taste was wheaty, lemon, dry and chalky that ended sour due to the lemon. A very crisp and light hefe that should be tried probably without the lemon.

Hazy blonde, light head. Nose of wheat & husky malt, light hops. The flavor is balanced & with a fine body. Nice.

Jun 17, 2007 Sampled at the Brewhouse in Burlingame. Had a good flavor with a fair use of hops that really lead it to be a good brew. Was mildly cloudy, where as i prefer a very very cloud hefe. Semi sweet with a good base.
