Copper with reddish hue and a dense off-white head. Caramel malt aroma. Flavor was malty with a distinct hop bite. Dry but finished clean with little after taste. Palate was medium. Nice. On tap at Dive 96 in NYC.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark reddish brown with a small off-white head and an aroma of malts, caramel, some hops and artifivial sweetener. The flavor has notes of toasted malts, caramel, candy sugar, dark chocolate and raisin. Medium bitter finish. Very nice beer!

Bottle 33 cl. Smells like a cheap pint, but with its nice head (for the first 10 minutes) and lovely colour (maroonish red) ànd excellent taste (quiet neutral, but not bitter). I must add that the beer is also very sparkling, first impression of sparkling water. But good beer!

On tap @ 4th Avenue Pub. Brown with head and lace. Toasted caramel and raisin aroma. Toasted caramel with raisiny fruitiness and toasted mildly bitter finish. Medium-light body. A little too light, but not bad.
