Apr 22, 2009 Copper with reddish hue and a dense off-white head. Caramel malt aroma. Flavor was malty with a distinct hop bite. Dry but finished clean with little after taste. Palate was medium. Nice. On tap at Dive 96 in NYC.

Apr 11, 2009 Dark reddish brown color with a tall slightly off-white head. Aroma of dark fruit, caramel, and some toasted malts. Flavor of dark fruit, toasted malts, and a bit of hops.

Apr 11, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark reddish brown with a small off-white head and an aroma of malts, caramel, some hops and artifivial sweetener. The flavor has notes of toasted malts, caramel, candy sugar, dark chocolate and raisin. Medium bitter finish. Very nice beer!

Apr 2, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Smells like a cheap pint, but with its nice head (for the first 10 minutes) and lovely colour (maroonish red) ànd excellent taste (quiet neutral, but not bitter). I must add that the beer is also very sparkling, first impression of sparkling water. But good beer!
