[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A hazy orange beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander. The flavor is sweet and spicy with a dry end from hops and coriander. A nice beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) My original version was from "De Gouden Boom" in Bruges. Orangey golden with a fine head. I get very vinous associations here - like a very good Chardonnay. Spicy with a late bitterness. Extremely, rich, aromatic and complex - the kind of beer that slowly unfolds in your mouth. Great stuff indeed. 151197

33 bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours clear yellow with a dense white head. Light fruity and yeasty head, light spice note. Flavour is mellow yeasty, light spiced and solid light caramel malt. Goes into a mellow yeasty and light sweet finish.

<i<Bottled. Deep golden. Rich grassy hop aroma. Sweet and syrupywith raw but soft papery malt character and notes of honey and pine. Very intense. Whole hops drenched in honey?

Bottle, 8%. Weak fruit aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite fruity, some alcohol and spice.

Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is semisweet, and has some notes of alcohol. Flavour is quite sweet overall, almost like some of the sweeter Eastern European Lagers... Still, quite close to nothing, and boring.

Blond colour. Some medicinal aroma. Light body (for this strength), citrusy, too much alcohol. Pretty good hopping, in the body and the palate.
