Pale yellow colour with small white head. Sour (lactose/yoghurt) wheaty aroma with some spices. Flavour is very sour for a Witbier. Also wheat, citrus and some spices. Fizzy. Not bad but surprising. Interesting. FatPhil (3483), Espoo, Finland

Yellowy amber, brief fizzy head. Little aroma, touch of wheat, that’s
all. Crisply carbonated, but a slightly soda-watery experience in the
mouth. Gentle wheaty base, tiny touch of barky bitterness, or even
liquorice-like dryness on the tongue. Some fruity spiciness too, quite
interesting actually. I first thought this was just a slug-it-back
summer thirst-quencher wit, but on gaining a couple of degrees the
gruut comes through really nicely. Finish is liquoricey. mike1977ok (648), Netherlands
