Cloudy straw yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, and some banana. Flavor hints at being a wit-some grain, fruit, and yeast, but seemed watered down and weak.

Tap. Trouble, yellow-coloured, with a slight head like a lot of these Belgian whites. Nice white beer, Flagrances of lemon, grapefruit. Good beer for a couple of glasses.

(Draught and Bottle versions) Pours a lightly cloudy yellow body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, light lemon, some clove, and yeast. Flavor of wheat, banana, and grass with a dry finish and soft mouthfeel.

On tap at the Beechtree. Pours a hazy lemon yellow gold with a thin white head. Smells sweet. Aromas of rubber bands, bubble gum, wintergreen, and candy cane. Puzzling. Spicy eucalyptus and menthol flavors. Finishes medicinal, with a touch of coriander.

Nice, easy-drinking wit. No corriander or spice flacor, a subtle bit of citrus -orange and lemon- but very easy drinking and a nice bear for a hot day on the patio. Easily approachable for a non-wit drinker, but not going to overwhelm you with flavor. Definitely on the blander side, but a great refreshing brew. A definite wheat aroma and flavor, and very little bitterness.

It is hazy golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, citrus, wheat and spice. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of wheat, yeast, spice, and actually also light banana and clove – a bit like a Belgian/German mix...

(Bottled) Opaque yellow with a very small head. Slightly acidic aroma of wheaty malt and mild spiciness. Flavor of coriandery spices, wheat, and sweet-sourish maltiness. Light-bodied, but not as refreshing as it could be with quite high, and slightly lemonadey carbonation. A somewhat dull witbier, lacking in both complexity and refreshing qualities.

Draught Good, very fine snowwhite head, with sticking lace over fully hazy golden-orange beer. Coriander, dull grains & wheat, citrus aromas. Typical coriander /citrus flavour, spiciness - with coriander and rootspices - too outspoken. Light to medium body. Warming up, strawberry flavour. Ubiquitous wit. Best forgotten.
