On tap at Engelbewaarder. Yellow hazy colour. Nice head. Citrus taste. Nice mouthfeel. Taste of pineapple and banana detectable. Quite nice.

Bottle, 25 cl. Hazy yellow color, with good white head. Aroma is low, citrus, yeast, some malts. Thin to medium body. Taste fruits, citrus, a typical wheatbeer, yeast, malts. Refreshing.

bottle at den djiver, bruges. Perfect compliment to the asparagus dish I was eating. Flemish style with salmon and hominy/egg? maybe the food affected my rating but this was a thoroughly enjoyable beer.

Kind of boring, really. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Flavor is light lemon, some lime and mostly water. Aroma is skunk - which tells me a bit about the history of this bottle. Meh. Again, I don’t think this is a ’31.’ It’s not horrible - even skunked its a decent wit. It could use some refining, but its not horrible.

Bottle. Corriander, lemon and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Fairly dry lemon, corriander, and wheat malt flavor. Nice witbier.

Draught, smallish head, hazy pale lemony colour, malty bready aroma with a touch of yeast and caramel. Lemony fruity flavour with candied fruit, medium bitterness, medium bodied, suprisingly bigger than expected, light sour aftertaste. Good wit, a bit different.

Draught at Kolme Kaisaa, Helsinki, Finland. Pale yellow colour with small white head. Sour (lactose/yoghurt) wheaty aroma with some spices. Flavour is very sour for a Witbier. Also wheat, citrus and some spices. Fizzy. Not bad but surprising. Interesting.
