On tap a stone’s throw from the Berlaymont building, Brussels. Cloudy yellow, very refreshing citrus flavour. A little banana, some oragne, mostly lemon. This should be more widely available!

25 cl. Pours pale hazy yellow with a white lasting head & great lacings.. Aroma is sweet, but nice, of wheat, yeast, oranges & coriander. Spicy peppery taste. Medium bodied. Fresh & crisp. Fine witbier!

Peppery. More complex than I expected so I was perhaps more impressed than others. It’s still not a memorable beer.

0.25 l bottle. Murky pale yellow body with quite small white head. Not much aroma of banana and citrus hops. Flavor is fine, a bit bitter at the moments, pleasant but a bit empty. Very nice finish, long and follows the flavor. Goes down very quickly. Not bad and very refreshing.

Appearance: Blond and semi-turbid. Medium head, consistent and persistent. Aroma: faithful at the style. Medium sweet, yeasty and citric fruits. Tones of orange, lemon, herbs and coriander. Hoppy with notes of pine and eucalyptus. Slight tone milky. Flavor: malty, yeasty, and fruity. Lemon, orange and yellow-grapefruit. Presence of coriander and herbs. Hoppy with slight intensity, low dryness and few persistent. Palate: light body with watery texture but silky. Low carbonation. Fresh beer.
