Draught. Yellow with a small white head. Aroma from yeast, bread and citrus. Weak citric flavor with yeasty notes. A bit flat and thin.

Bottled:
Very light, white-yellow color, cloudy, small head.Quite one dimensional flavor, some spiciness, light sweet, quite weak. Light citrus notes, some dry hop notes in the end. A quite boring witbier.

(Bottle 25 cl) A colour like the water that’s left behind, when you’ve boiled potatoes - greyish yellow. The first sip had a medicinal, cough-syrup-like aftertaste which DOES vanish though. Light and refreshing. The usual spices - but the appearance really is a turn-off... 050996

"Witbier" colored, cloudy appearance. Big white head. Mild spices and yeast in aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Watery start in flavor, some spices come up later. My 14th rating today, must re-rate this sometimes.

(Draught @ ToT ’05, Tampere) Very hazy, grapefruit-juice color with smallish head. Citric, spicy, quite refreshing, bananaish aroma. Very fruity and yeasty banana flavor. Light to medium-bodied, quite refreshing palate. Not exactly thin or watery. Like a light hefeweizen / witbier with less spices. Very drinkable - should be a decent summer drink!

Cloudy pale yellow colour with a slim white head. Aroma is citrus, coriander and yeast. Light spicey flavour, sweet then slightly bitter finish. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation. Quite pleasant and pretty drinkable.
