Golden, unclear, white lasting head. Yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Mild flavour with yeast, wheat and a bit citrus. Traces of pepper? Watery palate. Average wit.

Draft at Le Village Des Frères Berthom, Clermont-Ferrand, France. Pale yellow hazy appearance. White head - most of it disappears, but a thin layer remains. Light yeasty aroma. The taste is not as acidic as som wheats tend to be. Otherwise yeast and a touch of lemon in the taste. A bit watery - needs a bit of ’bite’.

Very dense dream-like (just off-)white head; yellow-green hazy beer, quite carbonated. Very strange smoky smell, as honey-cured ham, gradually overtaken by more standard coriander. Later lots of banana- and other esters. Slight spicy-citrus touch. Taste as from milk-ripe grain, with a bitterish-dry flavour. Very light citrussy sourness, it’s grainy but not really wheat-like. Slick, pappy mouthfeel; some body, and rather dry. Not very distinctive wit. The nose is rather surprising , once that’s over it follows the most trodden paths.

Aroma of wheat and citrus, some spice. Not impressing, quite weak. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a white head. okay. Taste is citrus, spicy a little hoppy and refreshing. Weak, bland taste though. A bit a combination of a wit and a lager/blond.

Cloudy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is hoppy and a bit flowery, not as i expected, not really like a belgian white. Very weak belgian white taste, some citrus and wheat.

Very ugly lemon juice appearance. Very yeasty, thin and boring. Sourish. Slightly grassy.

Boring brew. Some notes of sweat in both aroma and flavour. Corny finish and a dry and carbonated aftertaste.

Bottled: Pale yellow coloured. Unclear. Small dense white head. Not much going on in the nose. Some vague yeast scents and some very vague spices. Flavour is bland and uninteresting. Watery and if I should be just a little nice I can find some spices. Dosn’t leave much flavour on the palate. The declaration says that the beer is brewed with cocoa and coriander. Well, go search for it. I cant taste or smell it.
